New queries appear under the 'Unprocessed' tab, showing exactly when they were submitted. From here, you can decide whether to add these questions to your knowledge base. This allows you to train your assistant effectively, ensuring users receive correct answers in the future. If a question is too specific or irrelevant, simply decline it to move it to the 'Rejected' tab.
