If you open the (Web)App on your phone you can see if your keys are active, the 'Locks' module should be visible in the app.
To create a key, go to the dashboard. Click "Create an access here." You'll then arrive at a "New guest" page. Enter the following guest information:
The dropdown lists other fields that can be filled in by the PMS. This is not relevant for creating a new guest. Then click Save.

Go to the "Send out keys" heading to send the keys to the guest. In the dropdown menu, you can select your preferred method for sending the keys: email, WhatsApp, or QR code. Click the blue "Send" button to send the key. You can also click the orange "Copy smartlink" button. The link with the cookie will then be copied, and you can send it to your guest using your preferred method.

When guests access the app via the link in their email, WhatsApp, or QR code, they'll see the "Locks" module with sliders in the (web) app. Doors can be opened or shared using this.
In the dashboard, you can see whether the key is activated under "Key status."
