Outgoing Messages

In the list of outgoing messages, you will see an overview table containing information about the communication that has been sent to guests. In this table, you can find the following details:

  • Message ID
  • Switch user who sent the message
  • Date and time of sending
  • Message type (e.g. Room Ready)
  • Recipient (displayed as a phone number or email address)
  • Sending method (e.g. SMS or email)
  • Sent from (e.g. via the reception tool)
  • Message status (such as delivered, opened, clicked, invalid recipient)
  • Error message (if applicable)
  • Response code (if received)
