Intratone

Intratone provides intercom systems that call the resident’s mobile phone after the doorbell is pressed. By entering a code during the call, the resident can then open the door. The GuestCompass integration ensures that residents and their mobile phone numbers are automatically added to the Intratone units of a building. In the GuestCompass app, residents can enter and update their own phone number.

 

Setting Up the Integration

  1. Create an account for the customer in Intratone and share the account details with GuestCompass.

     
  2. GuestCompass sets up the integration by entering the customer’s Intratone account details. GuestCompass then creates the buildings (zones) and enables Intratone for the building (zone).

     
  3. In Intratone, residences are automatically created for the buildings where Intratone is enabled. The installer can then name the Intratone intercom systems and assign them to the correct residences.

     
  4. GuestCompass will create the homes (switchlists) in the GuestCompass backend. These will then be synced to Intratone automatically.

     

Residents

When residents are created in GuestCompass, they are also synced to Intratone. If residents add or update their phone number in the customer’s app, this information is automatically synced to the Intratone intercom systems.

Please note that the system supports one person per residence.
