Settings

• Guest Import: Guests are imported only after check-in has been completed in the PMS.
• Message Delivery: Messages are sent immediately following check-in.

Request Process

1. Email IDPMS, copying support@guestcompass.nl in the CC, to inform them that you would like to link with Hotek or GuestCompass.
2. Amadeus will send the credentials for the connection to GuestCompass.
3. GuestCompass activates the integration using the provided credentials and sets up the hotel's rooms in the system.

Digital Keys

• Expected Tab: The "Expected" tab will always remain empty, as guests only appear in the system after they have checked in.
• Smart Link Delivery: Upon check-in, the email containing the smart link is sent to the guest immediately. If digital locks are integrated, they will become active instantly.
