Settings

  • Guest Import: Guests are imported only after check-in has been completed in the PMS.
  • Message Delivery: Messages are sent immediately following check-in.

     

Request Process

  1. Email your PMS provider, copying support@guestcompass.nl in the CC, to inform them that you would like to link with Hotek or GuestCompass.
  2. GuestCompass will send the necessary credentials to the PMS provider.
  3. The PMS provider activates the integration and supplies the hotel's Room IDs to GuestCompass.

 

Digital Keys

  • Expected Tab: The "Expected" tab will always remain empty, as guests only appear in our system once they have checked in.
  • Smart Link Delivery: After check-in, the email containing the smart link is sent to the guest immediately. If digital locks are integrated, they will become active instantly.
