Settings

  • Guest Import: Only after check-in in the PMS.
  • Message Delivery: Messages are sent immediately after check-in.

 

Request Process

  1. Email the PMS (CC support@guestcompass.nl) stating that you wish to link with Hotek or GuestCompass.
  2. GuestCompass will send the necessary credentials to the PMS.
  3. The PMS activates the integration and provides the hotel's RoomIDs to GuestCompass.

 

Digital Keys

  • Expected Tab: This tab is always empty (guests only appear after check-in).
  • Post Check-in: The email with the smart link is sent to the guest immediately. If digital locks are present, they will be activated instantly.
