This PMS system has established a connection with our Reservations API. Consequently, the functionality of the integration depends on how it was built and may vary slightly per PMS. For specific details regarding its operation, we recommend contacting the PMS provider directly.

 

Settings

  • Guest Import: Varies per PMS
  • Message Dispatch: Varies per PMS

 

Request Process

  1. Email the PMS provider (CC: support@guestcompass.nl) stating that you wish to integrate with Hotek or GuestCompass.
  2. GuestCompass will send the necessary credentials to the PMS.
  3. The PMS activates the integration and provides the hotel's RoomIDs to GuestCompass.

 

Digital Keys

  • The Expected tab will usually remain empty. PMS systems generate keys within our system, which is typically limited to in-house guests.
  • Some PMS systems allow us to send "room ready" notifications, while others handle the dispatch of keys themselves.

 

Known characteristics of the aforementioned PMS systems:

Lighthouse has integrated the dispatch of digital keys into its own interface. This allows you to manually choose within the Lighthouse software whether to issue a digital key or a physical key card.

 

When creating a key card via GuestCompass, you always have the option to specify a check-in and check-out time (see Image 2).
