Settings
- Guest Import: Only after check-in in the PMS.
- Message Dispatch: Sent immediately after check-in.
Request
- Email the PMS (copying support@guestcompass.nl in the CC) stating that you wish to integrate with Hotek or GuestCompass.
- GuestCompass will send the necessary credentials to the PMS.
- The PMS activates the integration and provides the hotel's RoomIDs to GuestCompass.
Digital Keys
- Expected Tab: This tab is always empty (guests only appear after check-in).
- Post Check-in: The email containing the smart link is sent to the guest immediately. If digital locks are in place, they will be activated instantly.
