Settings

  • Guest Import: Only after check-in in the PMS.
  • Message Delivery: Messages are sent immediately after check-in.

 

Request

  1. Email the PMS (with support@guestcompass.nl in CC) stating that you would like to integrate with Hotek or GuestCompass.
  2. GuestCompass will send the necessary credentials to the PMS.
  3. The PMS activates the integration and provides the hotel's RoomIDs to GuestCompass.

 

Digital Keys

  • Expected Tab: This tab is always empty (guests only appear after check-in).
  • Post Check-in: The email containing the smart link is sent to the guest immediately. If digital locks are in use, they will become active instantly.
