Settings

  • Guest import: only after check-in in the PMS
  • Message delivery: sent immediately after check-in

 

Request

  1. Email the PMS (with support@guestcompass.nl in CC) to request a connection with Hotek or GuestCompass.
  2. GuestCompass sends the required credentials to the PMS.
  3. The PMS activates the integration and provides the hotel’s Room IDs to GuestCompass.

 

Digital Keys

The Expected tab is always empty (guests only appear after check-in).

After check-in, the email containing the smart link is sent to the guest immediately. If digital locks are in use, they will become active right away.
