- Message delivery: sent immediately after check-in
Request
- Email Protel (with support@guestcompass.nl in CC) to request a connection with Hotek or GuestCompass.
- GuestCompass sends the required credentials to Protel.
- Protel sends an endpoint and token to GuestCompass.
Protel activates the integration and provides the hotel’s Room IDs to GuestCompass.
