Settings

  • Guest import: only after check-in in Protel
  • Message delivery: sent immediately after check-in

 

Request

  1. Email Protel (with support@guestcompass.nl in CC) to request a connection with Hotek or GuestCompass.
  2. GuestCompass sends the required credentials to Protel.
  3. Protel sends an endpoint and token to GuestCompass.

Protel activates the integration and provides the hotel’s Room IDs to GuestCompass.
