Settings
- Guest Import: Only after check-in in the PMS.
- Message Delivery: Messages are sent immediately following check-in.
Request Process
- Email the PMS (with support@guestcompass.nl in CC) stating that you wish to integrate with Hotek or GuestCompass.
- GuestCompass sends the required credentials to the PMS.
- The PMS activates the integration and provides the hotel's RoomIDs to GuestCompass.
Digital Keys
- Expected Tab: This tab is always empty (guests only appear after check-in).
- Post Check-in: The email containing the smart link is sent to the guest immediately. If digital locks are in place, they will become active instantly.
