Settings

  • Guest Import: Only after check-in in the PMS.
  • Message Delivery: Messages are sent immediately following check-in.

 

Request Process

  1. Email the PMS (with support@guestcompass.nl in CC) stating that you wish to integrate with Hotek or GuestCompass.
  2. GuestCompass sends the required credentials to the PMS.
  3. The PMS activates the integration and provides the hotel's RoomIDs to GuestCompass.

 

Digital Keys

  • Expected Tab: This tab is always empty (guests only appear after check-in).
  • Post Check-in: The email containing the smart link is sent to the guest immediately. If digital locks are in place, they will become active instantly.
