Settings
- Guest import: only after check-in in the PMS
- Message delivery: sent immediately after check-in
Request
- Email the PMS (with support@guestcompass.nl in CC) to request a connection with Hotek or GuestCompass.
- GuestCompass sends the required credentials to the PMS.
- The PMS activates the integration and provides the hotel’s Room IDs to GuestCompass.
Digital Keys
The Expected tab is always empty (guests only appear after check-in).
After check-in, the email containing the smart link is sent to the guest immediately. If digital locks are in use, they will become active right away.
