In the web app, you can easily connect pages by using various buttons. This makes navigation within the web app efficient and user-friendly. In addition, it is possible to add links that lead to external web pages outside of the web app. These are called external links. Examples include a link to a repair request page or a news page, allowing you to direct users straight to relevant information or functionality outside the web app.
Besides web pages, you can also set up external links that do not lead to a website. For example, you can add buttons that directly start a phone call to a specific phone number or open an email draft to the correct email address. This allows users to make contact or send a message with a single click.
You can also choose a custom link. A common example is an emergency number such as 112. You can set this up by entering tel:112 in the Custom field.
